Science outreach activities & popular science

With this activity, children learn basic topics about the biology of mosquitoes including the life cycle and the blood feeding preferences. At the end, they are able to identify larvae, pupae, and male and female adult mosquitoes and they know that only females feed on vertebrate blood.
